Dispatch

Your order is packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, via AusPost or Sendle. Express is available at checkout.

Delivery times

Australia: usually 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, faster with express.

United States: 7 to 10 business days after dispatch, tracked the whole way.

Everywhere else: usually 1 to 3 weeks depending on where you are.

Every order comes with tracking, emailed to you at dispatch. All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we can't control carrier or customs delays.

International orders: customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside Australia may be charged import taxes, duties or carrier processing fees by your country. Where these apply, they are set by your government and carrier, not by us.
